Your Request
When you fill out the application form, you provide our moving experts with the necessary details to create the perfect relocation plan. Based on your data and requirements, one of our experts will draft a customized relocation plan.
You will receive the plan and the best price quote in your email within a few hours of your request. The plan includes:
- A step-by-step moving guide
- Helpful tips and tricks
- A moving checklist
Free Quote
Take your time to review the relocation plan and quote. Agree with the quote? Simply reply with your confirmation.
If you have questions about the price quote, please contact our moving experts. Any requested changes will be immediately incorporated into the relocation plan.
Once you confirm the quote, our expert will send a relocation confirmation email. Your move is then officially reserved—without any extra charges.
The Relocation
Before the moving day, you can prepare using our moving tips and checklist.
On the day of the move, our team will arrive at the agreed time. The assigned supervisor will be your point of contact and will go over the moving plan with you.
If any changes arise during the move, you can inform the supervisor, who will handle your requests accordingly.
On moving day, we only ask that you be present to direct where your belongings should be placed in your new home.
Evaluation
After the relocation, we want to ensure that you are satisfied. A few days after the move, our experts will contact you by phone to gather feedback on your experience.

Damage?
Our experienced movers handle your belongings with the utmost care. However, in the rare event that damage occurs to your household effects or home, we ensure a smooth claims process.
Damage claim procedure:
- Send a short explanation of the damage.
- Attach clear photos of the damage.
- Email everything to info@studentmovingcompany.nl.
Our experts will submit your claim to the insurer immediately so you can receive compensation as soon as possible.
