What hours are charged?
We charge from the moment our movers arrive at your location until they finish and leave.
Are packing service costs included in the moving service?
No, the packing service is an additional service. The costs include both packing materials and labor hours.
Can I get a discount if I purchase multiple services?
Yes! If you book your relocation at least one week in advance, you qualify for a 5% early booking discount. Additionally, if you combine multiple services, you will benefit from our combination discount—the more you combine, the more you save!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments immediately after the job is completed. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact our moving experts for details.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes, we provide invoices upon request. Simply email us at info@studentmovingcompany.nl after payment, and we will send your invoice. If you do not receive it, please contact us.
Are my household effects insured during relocation?
Yes, your belongings are insured during the move. However, please note that the insurance expires if you enter the loading area of the moving van. Only our movers are authorized to enter the van.
What if damage occurs during my relocation?
In the rare case of damage, don’t worry—we are fully insured. To file a claim, please send:
- A brief explanation of the damage
- Clear photos of the damage

How quickly can I be moved?

If you have time before your move, we recommend scheduling your relocation at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability on your preferred date.
My relocation is scheduled. Can I still make changes?
Yes! You can make changes to your reservation free of charge up to one week before your moving date. If you request changes within the last week, additional costs may apply depending on the nature of the change.
